Reserve a spot in a Segment 2 Class

ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT:

To participate in Segment 2, the student must have a minimum of 30 hours of supervised driving (including 2 hours at night) with a licensed parent or guardian or parent designee on a Level 1 license, which has been held for not less than 3 continuous months. Student will be required to present a log documenting his or her supervised driving prior to beginning a Segment 2 class. Supervised driving is defined as driving with a licensed parent, guardian or parent designee age 21 or older.

COURSE OF INSTRUCTIONS:

ACE DRIVING SCHOOL will provide a minimum of 6 hours classroom instructions by a certified instructor. Classroom instruction shall not exceed 2 hours per day.

TERMS:

The parent or guardian agrees to pay the amount of $60.00 before or on the first day of class. (cash, check or money order) This amount includes all materials and supplies for the course. The student must achieve 70% on the final test and satisfactory complete all homework or class assignments. (Test may be repeated 1 time.) In case of a student’s absence or emergency, the student must make up that day with the next Segment 2 class offered.

REFUND POLICY:

If for any reason you cancel from the course by the first day, any money paid is fully refunded. If you decide to withdraw from the course once the course has started, no refund will be issued.

NOTICE:

This provider is required to be certified by the Secretary of State. If you have any complaint which you cannot settle with this provider, please complete the Driver Education Complaint form found under “Driver Programs Division” on the Department of State website www.michigan.gov/teendriver. Completion of driver education instruction does not guarantee qualifications for a driver license.
